What is Wellness?
Wellness is a word that changes meaning from person to person. In general, wellness means to be healthy in a holistic, well-rounded way. To be well means more than surviving: the goal of wellness is to thrive.
Wellness has many different perspectives, demonstrated by the wheel to the left. Understanding where our personal lives need more support is key to improving our overall wellness!
